【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesbyusingelectrochemicalgenerationofacalibrationcomponentandintroductionintoacomplementarygasflow.Byalterationofthegasfloworthechargepassedthroughthecellelectrolyte,itispossibletochangethecompositionofthegasmixture.Therelativeexpandeduncertaintyofthecalibrationgascontent,U,obtainedbymultiplyingtherelativecombinedstandarduncertaintiesbyacoveragefactor,k=2,isnotgreaterthanb%ThemethoddescribedinthispartofISO6145isintendedtobeappliedtothepreparationofcalibrationgesmixturesinthevolumefractionranges(0,1to250)×10.NOTE1Gasesthatcanbeproducedbyelectrochemicalgenerationareoxygen(O2),hydrogen(H2),hydrogencyanide(HCN),hydrogensulfide(H2S),chlorine(Cl2),bromine(Br2),chlorinedioxide(CIO2),ammonia(NH3),nitricoxide(NO),nitrogen(N2),carbondioxide(CO2),phosphine(PH3),arsine(AsH3)ando/one(O3).NOTE2Themeritsofthemethodarethatastablecalibrationgasmixturecanbequicklypreparedwithinminutes.NOTE3Gasblendingsystemsbasedonelectrochemicalgenerationandthermalmassflowcontrollers,withthefacilityofcomputerizationandautomaticcontrol,arecommerciallyavailable.AnexampleisgiveninAnnexA.
