【摘要】:ThisdocumentestablishesthemethodofdeliveringRoadTrafficMessageswithinaTPEGservice.TheTPEG-RTMapplicationisdesignedtoallowtheefficientandlanguageindependentdeliveryofroadinformationdirectlyfromserviceprovidertoend-users.Theinformationprovidedrelatestoeventandsomestatusinformationontheroadnetworkandonassociatedinfrastructureaffectingaroadjourney.Forexample,limitedinformationaboutabnormaloperationoflinksinthenetworkmaybeincluded,suchasferries,liftingbridges,etc.Theterm“application”isusedinTPEGspecificationstodescribespecificapplications,suchasinthiscasetheRoadTrafficMessageapplication,whichcomprisesthreeinformationcontainers:theMessageManagementContainer,theApplicationEventContainerandtheTPEG-LocationContainer.ThefirsttwoContainersarefullydescribedhereinandtheTPEG-LocationContainerisdescribedinCENISO/TS18234-6.EachTPEGapplication(e.g.TPEG-RTM)isassignedauniquenumberthatiscalledtheapplicationidentification(AID).AnAIDisdefinedwheneveranewapplicationisdeveloped.TheAIDisusedwithintheTPEG-ServiceandNetworkInformationApplication(CENISO/TS18234-3)toindicatehowtoprocessTPEGcontentandallowsroutingofdatatoanappropriateapplicationdecoder.AID=0001isassignedtotheTPEG-RoadTrafficMessageapplication,describedinthisspecification.AhierarchicalmethodologyhasbeendevelopedtoallowthecreationofmessagesfromasetofTPEG-RTMtables,whichareessentiallywordorientedandcovermostneeds.ManyoftheTTIdescriptivewords,intheTPEG-RTMtables,wereobtainedfromtheDATEXdictionary(ENV13106),whichembodiesEuropeanTTIknowledgeofthelasttenyearsormore,includingadeconstructofthephraseorientedRDS-TMCeventslist(ENISO14819-2).TheseTPEG-RTMtables(essentiallywordorienteddataobjectdictionaries)compriseawiderangingabilitytodescribeaTTIeventandsomestatusinformation,introducingnewprecisioninanumberofareassuchas“vehicletypes”,“positionalinformationonthecarriageway”and“diversionroutingadvice”.NOTEExplicitbackwardscompatibilitywiththeRDS-TMCeventslist(ENISO14819-2)couldnotbeachievedsincesome“updateclasses”,suchas“29ReferencetoAudioBroadcasts”and“30ServiceMessages”,falloutsidetheTPEG-RTMremit.
