【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodspecifiesthetestequipmentandproceduresforconductingteststoestimatetheentryofchemicalagentvaporsimulantthroughprotectiveensembleswhilewornbytestsubjects.1.2Thistestmethodpermitstheevaluationofprotectiveensemblesconsistingofprotectivegarmentsorsuits,gloves,footwear,respirators,andinterfacedevices.1.3Theresultsofthistestmethodyieldlocalphysiologicalprotectivedosagefactorsatindividuallocationsofthehumanbodyaswellasasystemicphysiologicalprotectivedosagefactorfortheentireensemble.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
