【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesgeneralconsiderationsforthedeterminationofpesticideresiduesinfoodsofplantorigin.EachmethodspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardissuitableforidentifyingandquantifyingadefiniterangeofthoseorganohalogen,and/ororganophosphorusand/ororganonitrogenpesticideswhichoccurasresiduesinfoodstuffsofplantorigin.ThisEuropeanStandardcontainsthefollowingmethodsthathavebeensubjectedtointerlaboratorystudiesand/orareadoptedthroughoutEurope:?methodL:Extractionwithacetone,liquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethaneandclean-uponasilicagel/charcoalcolumn[1];?methodM:Extractionwithacetoneandliquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethane/lightpetroleum,ifnecessaryclean-uponFlorisil?1)[2],[3],[4];?methodN:Extractionwithacetone,liquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethaneorcyclohexane/ethylacetateandclean-upwithgelpermeationandsilicagelchromatography[5],[6];?methodP:Extractionwithethylacetateand,ifnecessary,clean-upwithgelpermeationchromatography[7].TheapplicabilityofthefourmethodsLtoPforresidueanalysisoforganohalogen,organophosphorusandorganonitrogenpesticides,respectively,isgivenforeachmethod.
